this pic was taken at paschim vihar heading to peeragarhi natinal hiway, or rohtak road. the towing truck was transporting a tank, dangerously. you can imagine as you were placed underneath the tank, sitting on the shadow then suddenly the towing cable which liaise itself with pulley system is broken. you might be a slice of chapatti..
