delhi post : indian sweets

walking on my own at mundka, i smelled ghee and cheese, so tempting! so i desired to know what is it. fortunately, it was coming from a small kitchen of a tiny bakery shop. 1 old man was frying while his 3 fellows were making the doughs, before they soak them into malty sweet syrup. this is the indian traditional home made sweets, which are commonly seen it many stores, wrapped well as a gift for many occasions such as weddings, parties, relious perposes and so on. oh yesterday my boss in delhi messaged me saying that it was a public holiday there, the rakhi day. all brothers will garland thier sisters with a nice bracelets.
